Business Conduct Reporting Hotline

Koei Group Co., Ltd. hereafter referred to as "the Company" and its subsidiaries are committed to conducting business in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and the Company policies, and to maintaining high standards of integrity, accountability, and ethical business conduct.

 

The Company encourages employees and other eligible individuals to raise concerns regarding suspected misconduct, violations of law, unethical behavior, accounting or audit-related matters, fraud, harassment, bribery, information security concerns, health and safety matters, violations of the Company policies, or other activities that may raise compliance or ethical concerns.

 

Concerns may be reported through the Business Conduct Reporting Hotline. Reports may be submitted by e-mail or written correspondence and may be made anonymously where permitted by applicable law. Individuals submitting reports are encouraged to provide sufficient factual detail to facilitate appropriate review and investigation.

The external reporting contact is intended solely for reporting potential compliance or ethical concerns and is not a legal consultation service.

Confidentiality & Non-Retaliation

The Company will maintain the confidentiality of reports and reporting individuals to the fullest extent reasonably possible, consistent with applicable laws and the need to conduct an appropriate investigation. The Company prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, reports a concern or participates in an investigation relating to a reported matter.

Eligible Users

The Business Conduct Reporting Hotline may be used by directors, officers, and employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, as well as contract employees, temporary staff, and former employees within one year following separation from employment.

Investigation & Response

Reported matters will be reviewed and investigated as appropriate under the Company procedures. Where warranted, the Company may implement corrective actions, disciplinary measures, or other remediation efforts.

 

This hotline serves as a common reporting channel for the Company and its subsidiaries.
